How do I assign a Form / Custom questions to a ticket?

Create a form to capture unique values within Kambeo.

Custom questions can be assigned to store items using Kambeo's form functionality. This is a great way to collect valuable information from your supporters. 

Here is How to Create a Form 

Once a form is created, it can be added in the "Form" dropdown of the store item modal (see image below).
