How do I automate charitable tax receipts for donations I collect?

Here are the required steps to automate charitable tax receipts:

  1. Create, monetize, and set an active campaign (Campaign tab of the group management page).
  2. In your group Settings add the CRA’s required information for eligible receipting:
    1. Charity Registration Number
    2. Organization’s Legal Name
    3. Signature
    4. Issuing Location
  3. In your group Settings set “Auto Send Charitable Tax Receipts” to on.

Once these steps are complete, Kambeo will automatically issue eligible charitable tax receipts to your donors.
