How do I refund a ticket sale?

Note: Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer.

As an administrator who wants to refund a transaction, go to the Reports's tab on the event management page. and select Store Purchases. 

Find the transaction and on the record dropdown, you will see the option to refund. See image below.
